Die Happy
Die Happy is a German alternative rock band from Ulm. ==History== The group was founded in 1993 by Czech singer Marta Jandová and Thorsten Mewes. Even though the band is based in Germany, their songs are written and performed almost exclusively in English. Jandová provides additional vocals on the song "Undivided" from Dog Eat Dog's 2006 release, ''Walk With Me'', "Horizont" from In Extremo's album ''Mein Rasend Herz'', "Wie weit/How far" from Apocalyptica's self-titled album and the 2010 single "Halt dich an mir fest" with Revolverheld from the album ''In Farbe''. She is also featured on "Träumst Du?" from Oomph!'s album ''GlaubeLiebeTod'', the winning entry for the 2007 Bundesvision Song Contest. Jandová was a foreign exchange student in the USA before joining Die Happy.
